Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
